Local Writer Now Exclusive to Media Button

Media Button is pleased to announce the newest addition to our writing department; advertising copywriter and creative writer Roxane Wyma. After years writing freelance for media and advertising agencies both local and abroad, Roxane now replaces her Kelowna home office with a permanent desk here at MB.

A McGill University graduate, Roxane also studied at SFU and the Vancouver Film School to broaden her writing skills. Her corporate work experience consists of a career in marketing resort real estate with Vancouver's Intrawest Corporation. Moving to the Okanagan meant leaving that world ... but not quite. Intrawest continued to enlist her talent for describing and selling their resort lifestyle, launching her 10+ year freelance writing career in earnest. Today, her varied portfolio includes examples of award-winning web, print and video script writing for a wide range of clients.

Roxane enjoys life beyond the box. Infinitely curious, uniquely adaptable, always creative, she is a foodie who loves to paint, study film, ride her destriers and read, read, read in both French and English. So, she's never at a loss for words when it comes to telling your story.
